- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RhoC is part of blood-group antigens formed by sequential addition of saccharides to carbohydrate side chains of lipids and proteins on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells.
These antigens, including A, B, and H, may be modulated during malignant transformation.
Blood group related antigens represent carbohydrate determinants carried on glycolipids and glycoproteins, often mucin-type, detected on erythrocytes, epithelial cells, and in secretions.
Sixteen genetically and biosynthetically distinct specificities belong to this group, including A, B, H, Lewis A, Lewis B, Lewis X, Lewis Y, and precursor type 1 chain antigens.
