This antibody detects endogenous levels of total TCEAL7.
Target Information
TCEAL7 plays a role in the negative regulation of NF-kappa-B signaling by modulating transcriptional activity of NF-kappa-B on its target gene promoters. It associates with the cyclin D1 promoter containing the Myc E-box sequence and represses cyclin D1 expression. Additionally, it regulates telomerase reverse transcriptase expression and telomerase activity in both ALT (alternative lengthening of telomeres) and telomerase-positive cell lines.
