Target Information
LARP1은 mTORC1 복합체 하류에서 특정 mRNA 번역을 조절하는 RNA 결합 단백질입니다. 성장 신호 및 영양 상태에 따라 작용하며, mRNA의 3' poly-A tail과 5'TOP motif를 인식합니다. 이러한 상호작용은 EIF4G1의 결합을 방해하여 번역 억제를 유도하지만, mTORC1이 활성화되면 LARP1은 인산화되어 mRNA의 5' UTR에서 분리됩니다.
LARP1은 리보솜 단백질 및 번역 인자 mRNA의 안정성과 번역을 조절하여 세포 성장과 단백질 합성을 촉진합니다.
