- Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis:
Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Dog, Panda (100%); Marmoset, Bovine, Pig (88%) - For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
- After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

PTPMT1는 phosphatidylglycerophosphate (PGP)를 phosphatidylglycerol (PG)로 탈인산화하는 지질 인산화효소입니다.
PGP는 미토콘드리아 특이적 인지질인 cardiolipin의 생합성 경로에서 필수 중간체로, 미토콘드리아 막의 무결성과 기능을 조절합니다.
이 효소는 또한 phosphoprotein 기질에 대한 인산화효소 활성을 가지며, 미토콘드리아 단백질의 탈인산화를 매개하여 ATP 생성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Ser/Thr 잔기에 인산화된 단백질에 대해 Tyr 잔기보다 높은 기질 선호성을 가질 가능성이 있습니다.
또한 췌장 베타세포에서 인슐린 분비 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
