Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IFN-lambdas are a family of interferons (IL-29, IL-28A, IL-28B) that induce antiviral protection in various cell types.
They activate intracellular signaling similar to type I IFNs and mediate their effects through a class II cytokine receptor complex consisting of CRF2-12/IFN-lambdaR1 and CFR2-4/IL-10R2.
IFN-lambdas prime dendritic cells to induce proliferation of Foxp3-bearing regulatory T cells, promoting immune regulation.
Dendritic cells differentiated in response to IFN-lambdas express high levels of MHC I/II but low levels of costimulatory molecules, inducing IL-2-dependent CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T cell proliferation with suppressive activity.
