Target Information
CITED4 belongs to the CITED family of proteins that bind CBP/p300 transcriptional integrators through a conserved C-terminal acidic domain and act as coactivators. It interacts with isoforms of the TFAP2 transcription factor, coactivating TFAP2-dependent transcription.
