Aliquots of the 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use material directly from original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (minimum 20 µL).
Do not store diluted kinase.

Target Information

SRPK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates constitutive and alternative splicing by controlling intracellular localization of splicing factors.
It localizes to both the nucleus and cytoplasm.
An alternatively spliced transcript variant has been described, though its full-length nature has not been determined.
