LTB4R (Leukotriene B4 Receptor)는 GPCR 계열 단백질로, 강력한 화학주성 인자인 leukotriene B4의 수용체입니다. 염증 및 면역 반응에 관여하며, 혈액, 골수, 뇌, 심장, 간, 골격근 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 특히 백혈구 및 비장, 흉선, 림프절 등 림프조직에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. 또한 B세포, 폐, 고환, 유방, 대장, 신장, 피부, 비장, 편도 등 다양한 조직에서 EST가 확인되었습니다.
