Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
If using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PNMT gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the final step in the catecholamine biosynthesis pathway, converting norepinephrine to epinephrine (adrenaline). It also exhibits beta-carboline 2N-methyltransferase activity and plays a key role in regulating epinephrine production.
