For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

The protein encoded by the COPS6 gene is one of eight subunits of the COP9 signalosome, a conserved protein complex that regulates multiple signaling pathways.
Its structure and function are similar to the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome.
COP9 signalosome interacts with SCF-type E3 ubiquitin ligases and acts as a positive regulator of these ligases.
COPS6 belongs to the translation initiation factor 3 superfamily and is involved in cell cycle regulation, potentially serving as a cofactor for HIV-1 accessory gene product Vpr.
