Target Information
RCD8는 mRNA 분해 과정에서 mRNA decapping에 관여하며, DCP2 및 DCP1A를 포함하는 복합체의 구성 요소로 작용합니다. 이 복합체는 ARE-함유 mRNA의 decapping 기능을 수행하며, RCD8은 DCP1A와 DCP2 간의 복합체 형성을 촉진하고 DCP2의 촉매 활성을 증가시킵니다 (in vitro).
