Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하는 130 kDa 막성 당단백질로, hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체입니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화적 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하며, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용 과정에 관여합니다.
주로 염증의 후기 단계에서 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포의 세포 표면에 발현되며, IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가합니다.
LPS 및 PMA는 CD163을 세포 표면에서 혈장 또는 배양 상층액으로 shedding 시킵니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체를 결합하며, HP1F 형의 다중체 하프토글로빈 복합체에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 또한, tyrosine kinase 의존적 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성 및 IL6, CSF1 분비를 유도하는 신호 전달 경로를 활성화합니다.
