최소한의 비특이적 교차 반응성을 보장하며, Western blotting 및 화학발광 기반 면역분석에 최적화되어 있습니다.
CSPD 또는 CDP-Star 기질을 사용하는 dioxetane 기반 기질 용액과 함께 높은 감도와 재현성을 제공합니다.
비특이적 결합이 낮아 신호 대 잡음비가 우수하며, 권장 초기 희석 배수는 1:5,000(AP conjugate 기준)입니다.

Target Information

Anti-Rabbit 2차 항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 대한 높은 특이성을 가지며, 검출·정렬·정제 등 다양한 용도로 사용됩니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 향상시킵니다.
