For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
C16orf57 is a phosphodiesterase responsible for U6 snRNA 3′ end processing. It acts as an exoribonuclease (RNase) that trims the poly(U) tract of the last nucleotides in the pre-U6 snRNA molecule, forming the mature U6 snRNA 3′ end terminated with a 2′,3′-cyclic phosphate.
