- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C, 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각이 필요합니다.

Annexin I는 Ca²⁺ 의존적 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 세포막의 세포질면에 주로 위치합니다. Annexin I는 분자량 약 40 kDa의 단백질로 phospholipase A2 억제 활성을 가지며, 이는 염증 매개체인 prostaglandin 및 leukotriene의 생합성에 관여하므로 잠재적 항염증 활성을 가질 수 있습니다.
