Target Information
SRPK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a role in the regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by controlling intracellular localization of splicing factors.
SRPK1 localizes to the nucleus and the cytoplasm. A second alternatively spliced transcript variant has been described, but its full-length nature has not been determined.
