Target Information
Spi-B는 ETS 전사인자 서브패밀리에 속하는 전사인자로, DNA 결합을 매개하는 보존된 ETS 도메인을 포함합니다.
IRF4, CREBBP, EP300, SPI1/PU.1, JUN, TBP 등과 상호작용하며, PU-box(5'-GAGGAA-3') 서열에 결합하여 림프구 특이적 enhancer로 작용합니다.
두 가지 isoform이 보고되어 있으며, 주로 plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs)에서 발현되어 바이러스 복제를 억제하고 세포 발달을 촉진합니다.
T-cells나 granulocytes에서는 발현되지 않으며, 간의 줄기세포 및 B-cells에서 BCR 신호전달과 항원 자극에 관여합니다.
