Target Information
RRAGC (Ras-related GTP-binding protein C)는 아미노산 가용성에 대한 세포 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 단일체 구아닌 뉴클레오티드 결합 단백질입니다. RRAGC는 RRAGA 및 RRAGB와 이합체를 형성하며, 주로 세포질에 존재합니다. 비활성 GTP 결합형과 활성 GDP 결합형 사이를 순환하며, 활성형 RRAGC는 mTORC1을 리소좀으로 재배치시켜 GTPase RHEB에 의해 활성화되도록 합니다. 이러한 재배치는 아미노산에 의해 TOR 신호전달 경로가 활성화되는 중요한 단계입니다.
