Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Centromere and kinetochore proteins are essential for centromere structure, kinetochore formation, and sister chromatid separation.
CENPH colocalizes with inner kinetochore proteins CENP-A and CENP-C in interphase and metaphase, and localizes outside centromeric heterochromatin (CENP-B region) but inside the kinetochore corona (CENP-E region).
It can form multimers and interact with CENP-A, CENP-B, and CENP-C, playing a key role in centromere-kinetochore complex organization and function.
