Target Information
Ran은 핵-세포질 간 수송에 관여하는 작은 GTPase 신호 단백질입니다. 또한 방추체 형성과 유사분열 중 핵막 재조립에도 관여합니다. Ran은 Ras나 Rho와 달리 막에 결합하지 않으며, RanGTP와 RanGDP의 농도 구배는 RanGAP과 RCC1의 위치적 분포에 의해 조절됩니다. 포유류 RanGAP은 SUMO 단백질이 C말단에 결합하고, SUMO화된 도메인이 핵공복합체 단백질 Nup358과 결합함으로써 핵공에 부착됩니다.
