Target Information
Kelch proteins (and Kelch-like proteins) contain repeated kelch domains and often a BTB domain. Each kelch domain forms a blade of a propeller structure, with repeated domains forming a beta-propeller. The structure is known but function is not fully characterized. KLHDC4 contains six Kelch repeats and has three named isoforms.
