Target Information
Kelch 단백질 및 Kelch-like 단백질은 반복된 kelch 도메인을 가지며, 대부분 BTB 도메인도 포함합니다. 각 kelch 도메인은 프로펠러 구조의 블레이드를 형성하며, 반복된 kelch 도메인들이 베타 프로펠러 구조를 이룹니다. 이 구조는 알려져 있으나 기능은 완전히 규명되지 않았습니다. KLHDC4는 여섯 개의 Kelch 반복을 포함하며, 세 가지 명명된 isoform이 존재합니다.
