Target Information
CD7 (gp40, Leu9)은 면역글로불린 유전자 초가족에 속하는 40 kDa 단백질입니다. CD7의 N-말단(1–107 아미노산)은 Ig kappa-L 사슬과 높은 상동성을 가지며, C-말단 영역은 프롤린이 풍부하여 Ig 도메인을 지지하는 구조를 형성합니다. CD7은 대부분의 미성숙 및 성숙 T 림프구, T 세포 백혈병, NK 세포, 일부 정상 및 악성 B 세포에서 발현됩니다. CD7의 교차결합은 T 세포와 NK 세포 활성(칼슘 플럭스, 부착 분자 발현, 사이토카인 분비, 증식)을 조절합니다. 또한 CD7은 phosphoinositol 3-kinase와 직접 결합하며, D-3 phosphoinositides 생성과 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다. CD7 발현은 백혈병 진단에서 중요한 표지로 사용됩니다.
