Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포주기 조절의 핵심 효소로, 유사분열 개시를 위한 M-phase promoting factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용합니다.
CDK1은 진핵세포 전반에 걸쳐 보존되어 있으며, G2/M 단계에서 Bcl-2의 인산화를 매개하여 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 시점을 지연시키는 역할을 합니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 잠재력이 보고되었습니다.
