Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) is involved in lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies.
APOH may act as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, though not required for autoantibodies associated with infections.
