Target Information
Apolipoprotein H is involved in several physiological pathways, including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the generation of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may act as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, but it is not required for autoantibodies associated with infections.
