Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NME1 was identified due to its reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of A (encoded by NME1) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms.
Mutations in NME1 are associated with aggressive neuroblastomas.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.
Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates naturally occurring transcripts (NME1-NME2) encoding a fusion protein with shared sequence identity from both genes.
