• Reconstitution:
  Add 15 µL or 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
  The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the carboxy-terminus of transcription initiation factor TFIIF, a transcription factor regulating elongation and initiation by RNA polymerase II. The protein may also be a component of an RNA polymerase II holoenzyme complex. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
