Target Information
Synaptic Ras-GTPase activating protein (SynGAP)은 거의 뇌에서만 발현되는 PDZ 도메인 상호작용 단백질입니다. SynGAP은 시냅스 후 밀도(postsynaptic density)의 주요 구성 요소로, PSD-95 및 NMDA 수용체와 결합합니다. 또한 CaM kinase II에 의해 인산화될 때 Ras-GTPase 활성이 억제되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. SynGAP은 활성화된 NMDA 수용체가 없을 때 MAP Kinase 활성의 음성 조절자로 작용할 수 있는 것으로 제안되었습니다.
