Target Information

PSMA7는 대부분의 세포 내 단백질 분해에 관여하는 20S 코어 프로테아좀 복합체의 구성 요소입니다.
이 복합체는 다양한 조절 입자와 결합하여 세포 내 필수적인 역할을 수행하며, 19S 조절 입자와 결합 시 26S 프로테아좀을 형성해 ATP 의존적 유비퀴틴화 단백질 분해에 참여합니다.
26S 프로테아좀은 잘못 접히거나 손상된 단백질 제거를 통해 세포 기능을 유지하고, 필요 없는 단백질을 제거하여 항상성을 유지합니다.
또한 PA200 또는 PA28과 결합한 20S 프로테아좀은 유비퀴틴 비의존적 단백질 분해를 매개하며, 이는 정자형성(20S-PA200 복합체) 및 MHC class I 항원 펩타이드 생성(20S-PA28 복합체)에 필수적입니다.
PSMA7은 HIF-1A의 전사활성 억제, 저산소 조건에서의 HIF-1A 분해 촉진, HCV 번역 조절, 안드로겐 수용체의 핵 이동 등 다양한 생리적 경로에 관여합니다.
