Product Specific Information
- For Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10–20 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Biotin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) is a water-soluble B complex vitamin required by all organisms. It can only be synthesized by bacteria, yeasts, molds, algae, and certain plant species. Biotin is essential for the incorporation of carbon dioxide into organic compounds and has a molecular weight of approximately 244 Da.
