PerfectStart® Uni RT-qPCR Kit
PerfectStart® Uni RT-qPCR Kit is a two-step fluorescence quantitative PCR reagent designed for efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis and qPCR amplification.
In the same reaction system, the kit efficiently synthesizes first-strand cDNA while simultaneously removing genomic DNA. The reverse transcription reaction uses 5× All-in-One Reaction Mix for qPCR and TransScript® Uni All-in-One Enzyme Mix at temperatures ranging from 42°C to 65°C.
The kit also includes 20× No RT Control Mix, which enables preparation of a control reaction without reverse transcriptase. This control can be used to determine whether the qPCR template originates from cDNA.
qPCR amplification is performed using PerfectStart® Green qPCR SuperMix.
