제품 개요

TransDetect® PCR Mycoplasma Detection Kit는 배양 세포와 같은 생물학적 재료에 존재하는 마이코플라스마 오염을 PCR로 검출하도록 설계되었습니다.

고특이성 프라이머를 사용하여 일반적으로 알려진 마이코플라스마 종에 걸쳐 보존된 16S rRNA 코딩 DNA 절편을 증폭합니다. DNA 추출 없이 세포 배양 상등액을 직접 검사할 수 있으며, 간단한 조작, 신속한 검출, 높은 특이도 및 높은 감도를 제공합니다.

총 54종의 마이코플라스마 종을 검출할 수 있으며, 다음 종을 포함합니다.

• M. pneumoniae
• M. hyorhinis
• M. arginini
• M. fermentans
• M. salivarium
• M. pirum
• M. hominis
• A. laidlawii
