Target Information
Ddi1 (DNA-damage inducible 1)은 유비퀴틴화 복합체로부터 기질을 방출하여 탈유비퀴틴화를 촉진하고 단백질 분해를 용이하게 하는 역할을 합니다. Ddi1은 폐암 치료의 선택적 표적이 될 가능성이 있습니다. SDS-PAGE 상에서 계산된 분자량은 44 kDa이나, 54/56 kDa의 doublet 형태로 검출됩니다.
