Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
PTP1B (PTPN1) is a tyrosine-protein phosphatase that regulates the endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. It mediates dephosphorylation of EIF2AK3/PERK, inactivating its kinase activity.
PTP1B also participates in CKII- and p60c-src-induced signaling cascades, regulates EFNA5-EPHA3 signaling (cell reorganization and repulsion), and modulates hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling by dephosphorylating MET.
