Target Information
NDUFAB1 is a carrier of the growing fatty acid chain in mitochondrial fatty acid biosynthesis. It acts as an accessory and non-catalytic subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), which functions in electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain.
