Target Information

Diacylglycerol (DAG)는 핵 내에서 생성되는 주요 지질 세포 신호전달 물질입니다. DAG의 축적은 세포 성장과 분화 조절에 중요하며, Diacylglycerol kinase (DGK)는 DAG를 phosphatidic acid로 전환하여 DAG 신호를 종결시킵니다. 이 과정은 단백질 키나아제 C 활성과 T 림프구의 세포 주기 진행을 감소시킵니다. DGK는 Type I–V로 분류되며, DGK-theta는 Type V DGK로 여러 세포주(MDA-MB-453, MCF-7, PC12, HeLa)에서 주로 핵에 존재합니다. 또한 DGK-theta는 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP₂)와 공위치하며, α-Thrombin 자극에 반응하는 isoform입니다.
