Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TTLL12 (tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 12) is a 644 amino acid protein containing one TTL domain.
Among the fourteen TTLL family members that modify tubulin, TTLL12 is the least characterized. It is highly expressed in metastatic prostate cancer cell lines and is considered a potential target for tumor therapy.
Overexpression of TTLL12 may alter chromosome ploidy, while downregulation affects post-translational modifications of tubulin.
