Reconstitution:
Centrifuge the vial briefly before opening. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile 20 mM Citrate Buffer (pH 5.0) or 10 mM Acetic Acid to a concentration of 0.1–0.5 mg/mL to regain full activity. Apportion the reconstituted protein into working aliquots and store at ≤ -20°C. Make further dilutions in medium or buffered solution containing carrier protein (e.g., PBS with 0.1% BSA).

Storage:
Store the lyophilized protein at 2–8°C, preferably desiccated. After reconstitution, store aliquots at ≤ -20°C (not in a frost-free freezer). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information

이 단백질 또는 그 신호 경로의 결함은 전뇌가 좌우로 분리되지 않는 선천성 질환인 holoprosencephaly (HPE)를 유발할 수 있으며, VACTERL 증후군과도 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
