Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine (T3). It mediates the biological activities of thyroid hormone and exhibits functional diversity among receptor isoforms. Knockout studies in mice indicate distinct physiological roles for different thyroid hormone receptors.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
