재구성을 위해 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다. Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 desalting 단계를 수행하는 것이 좋습니다. (예: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)

MEIS3는 전사 조절 인자로서 PDPK1 발현을 직접 조절하여 췌장 베타세포의 생존을 촉진합니다. 또한 NDFIP1, BNIP3, CCNG1의 발현을 조절합니다.
