In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Flt-3, recombinant human SCF R, PDGF R alpha, or PDGF R beta is observed.
Target Information
FLT3 is a tyrosine protein kinase belonging to the growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase family. Activation occurs via ligand-induced homodimer formation and autophosphorylation, triggering downstream signaling pathways involved in apoptosis, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Mutations causing constitutive activation are associated with acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
