Product Specific Information
This donkey anti-rat IgG (H+L) whole secondary antibody is affinity-purified and shows minimal cross-reactivity to serum proteins from multiple species. Cross-adsorption enhances specificity, yielding higher sensitivity and reduced background staining.
The Alexa Fluor 555 dye provides bright orange fluorescence with excellent photostability and pH insensitivity, ideal for imaging and flow cytometry. Each conjugate typically contains 2–8 fluorophore molecules per IgG.
Before use, centrifuge briefly and use only the supernatant to minimize aggregates. Recommended final concentration for most applications: 1–10 µg/mL.
