Takara PicoPLEX Whole-Genome Amplification (WGA) Family

The PicoPLEX WGA family of products consists of three versions. All systems can amplify DNA directly from cell lysates (1–10 cells) or isolated gDNA (less than 6 pg to 50 pg).
They are suitable for array CGH, qPCR, and NGS applications.
For reproductive health applications, the original PicoPLEX WGA Kit (Cat. # R30050) is recommended.

PicoPLEX WGA Kit (Cat. # R30050)

• Used for measuring copy number variation (CNV) with high accuracy and reproducibility.
• Recommended for PGT-A and other reproductive health applications.

PicoPLEX Single Cell WGA Kit (Cat. # R300671, R300672, R300673)

• Updated version of PicoPLEX WGA with higher yields and longer amplicons.
• Ideal for applications requiring high DNA yield.

PicoPLEX Single Cell WGA Kit v3 (Cat. # R300718, R300722, R300723)

• Latest version featuring a high-fidelity amplification enzyme.
• Suitable for mutation detection (SNVs) and CNV analysis.
• Provides excellent performance and base-level resolution.
