IL-1α(Interleukin-1 alpha)는 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포에서 발현되는 염증성 사이토카인으로, IL1A 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다. IL-1RI 및 IL-1RII 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, IL-1β와 공유됩니다.
