Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Plexin A1, recombinant mouse Plexin A1, or Plexin A2 was observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Target Information
PLXNA4 is a protein-coding gene acting as a coreceptor for SEMA3A. It is essential for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and for cytoskeletal remodeling.
PLXNA4 plays a critical role in axon guidance during nervous system development.
Class 3 semaphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin, where the plexin modulates affinity and activates downstream signaling within the cytoplasm.
