Target Information
DDOST 유전자는 조면소포체의 내강에서 nascent polypeptide의 아스파라긴 잔기에 고만노오스 올리고당을 전달하는 올리고사카라이드전이효소 복합체의 구성 요소를 암호화합니다. 이 단백질 복합체는 리보솜과 함께 정제되며, 또한 고급 당화 최종산물(AGEs)의 처리에도 관여합니다. AGEs는 당과 단백질 또는 지질 간의 비효소적 반응으로 형성되며 노화 및 고혈당과 관련이 있습니다.
