Phospho-L-Plastin (Ser5) Polyclonal Antibody는 Ser5에서 인산화된 L-Plastin의 내인성 수준만을 검출합니다.
Target Information
L-plastin은 fimbrin 단백질 계열에 속하는 백혈구 특이적 actin 번들링 단백질입니다.
두 개의 actin-binding 도메인과 두 개의 EF-hand 타입 칼슘 결합 도메인을 가지고 있으며, 다양한 염증 자극에 반응하여 headpiece 영역의 serine 잔기에서 인산화됩니다.
L-plastin은 백혈구에서 integrin 매개 접착을 조절하는 역할을 할 것으로 추정됩니다.
인간 고형 종양 유래 암세포주 대부분에서 발현되며, 안드로겐 수용체 양성 전립선 및 유방암 세포에서 테스토스테론에 의해 발현이 증가합니다.
