Target Information
HABP2는 히알루론산에 결합하는 세포외 세린 프로테아제로, 세포 부착에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 단일 사슬 형태로 합성된 후 자가 단백질분해를 통해 기능적 이합체를 형성하며, 추가적인 자가 분해로 비활성 펩타이드로 전환됩니다.
이 효소는 요중 플라스미노겐 활성화 인자, 응고 인자 VII, 피브리노겐의 α 및 β 사슬을 절단하지만, 프로트롬빈, 플라스미노겐, 피브리노겐의 γ 사슬은 절단하지 않습니다.
이 유전자는 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체를 가집니다.
