Target Information

The GRB7 gene encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with multiple receptor tyrosine kinases and signaling molecules, including EGFR and ephrin receptors. It plays a critical role in integrin signaling and cell migration through interaction with focal adhesion kinase (FAK). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
